Kentucky!!! Save the dates! October 8 -11th, 2026
The deposit for MCSP members, in the amount of $100, is past due. The total trip cost for MCSP members is $400 + Raffle ticket sells and volunteer hours. For non-members the cost is $800 and does not include hotel stay.
Find a roommate and begin reserving your hotel rooms. If you need a roommate, use the MCSP Groupme or reach out to Bianca for assistance ([email protected]). Room cost, based on double occupancy, is $182+tax per person (Hotel fees may be waived for MCSP members based on fundraising dollars).
Please note that we will be staying in two different hotels during this year's trip, so everyone will need to make two separate hotel reservations.
Please make your reservations no later than Monday, August 24, 2026, to receive our group rates. Reservations made after this date will be subject to prevailing rates and hotel availability.

The Louisville hotel only requires 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel your reservation.

Important Cancellation Policy:
The Paducah hotel requires cancellations to be made at least 21 days prior to arrival. For our trip, the cancellation deadline is September 16, 2026. After that date, cancellation fees may apply, so please keep this in mind when making your reservation.
